The AcuTEMS WP series wall plate temperature sensor is designed to be flush mounted on a single gang junction box and provide accurate measurement readings for various applications. The decorative brushed stainless steel is a corrosion resistant wall plate that can be installed for wash-down environments like a lab, tamper-proof applications like schools and hospitals, or projects where a low-profile non-visible enclosure is preferred. The sensor features multiple RTD and thermistor output options suitable for common BAS controllers.
How to choose a Wall Plate Temperature Sensor?
Wall plate temperature sensor designed for indoor temperature monitoring in controlled environments such as hospitals, laboratories, schools, and cleanrooms, using precision sensing elements, including 100Ω Platinum, 1KΩ Platinum or Nickel RTDs, and 10KΩ Type II/III or 20KΩ thermistors, that vary resistance with temperature to provide accurate data transmission to Building Automation System (BAS) controllers. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant 304SS wall plate and insulated with foam backing to prevent thermal interference and chemical and moisture ingress. Supports flush mounting to a standard single gang junction box or direct surface mounting. Suitable for low-profile installations requiring consistent and energy-efficient HVAC control.
