Simplifies the testing of voice, data, and video cable, the MicroScanner™ PoE Cable Verifier is a handheld tester designed for communications technicians to verify and troubleshoot ethernet devices. Tests wiring and detects opens, shorts, and split pairs on twisted pair cabling and also detects faults on coaxial cabling. The MicroScanner™ takes results from what was four different test modes and displaying them all at once – graphical wiremap, pair lengths, distance to fault, cable ID, and far end device.
