The TECH PAC BLACKOUT Build-Out is a stealth black version of the best-selling TECH PAC backpack. The bag features Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP™ system designed to accept tools, meters, laptops, Folio, Utility, modular, and bulk storage panels – all sold separately. Added panels can be swapped out enabling tool, gear, or job-specific storage solutions.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG? Tool and Meter panels are included when you purchase the “Blackout” version. The “Blackout Build-Out” version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and have maximum flexibility to handle any job.
