This precision sentry thermometer monitors the temperature of freezers, water baths, or incubators. Ideal to use on any experiment when you're not there - overnight, weekends, even during lunch. The probe sensor displays current and min/max probe temperature when attached. When the probe is removed it will simultaneously display current and min/max ambient temperatures.
