Waterproof PT100 immersion resistance probe measures temperature from -50 to +400 degrees C (-58 to +750 degrees F). It is used for measuring temperature in industrial applications in zones 0, 1, and 2 where hazardous vapors are present. The stainless-steel probe measures 4.92" and has a 0.16" diameter tip. It has a response time of 10 seconds for fast readings. The FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) cable resists temperatures up to 80 degrees C (205 degrees F). Its connection is Ingress Protection certified IP54 for protection against dust and splashing liquid, and the probe is certified IP65 for dust and penetration by liquids and coolant up to the force of a low-pressure water jet.
