For fleet maintenance and vehicle diagnostics, this wheeled battery charger provides 12/24 V charging at rates up to 60 A and 20 A respectively. It includes a stable power mode that maintains system voltage between 13.1 and 14.9 V in 0.1 V increments to support ECU reprogramming and repair applications.
