The SCS D271020 SCC Dri-Shield 2700 Series Moisture Barrier Bag is made for the dry packaging of electronic devices to help keep moisture out and avoid static damage. It's made from multiple layers of metalized polyester and heavy-gauge polyethylene for a flexible structure that is easy to vacuum seal. Each bag is coded for QC traceability and provides superior puncture resistance and drop test performance.

| Moisture barrier bags are intended to protect electronic items from moisture and electrostatic damage during manufacture, transportation, and storage. There are two types – aluminized low barrier and foil high barrier. | SCS Humidity Indicator Cards (HIC) are printed with moisture-sensitive spots which change color from blue to pink when exposed to a relative humidity level. The HIC shows the highest RH exposure so the user can determine if baking the devices is required. | SCS Desiccant pouches absorb moisture that passes through the bag laminate. Desiccant is packed inside white non-woven plastic or brown kraft paper pouches and shipped in sealed pails or drums. |
