The IR-98 displays both infrared and probe temperature measurements. It features non-contact measurement of surfaces with its built in sensor and internal temperature measurement with the integral thermistor probe. It features a 1:1 distance to spot ratio and is capable of measuring both non-contact and core temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). The probe is adjustable through 180° allowing users to select the ideal angle of measurement.
