Safety is the top priority, and the Optris CTi series pyrometer addresses this with its explosion-proof version, CTi LTex. Here, the pyrometer is additionally equipped with Zener double barriers for employment in explosion-prone areas. This version of the infrared sensor ensures secure operation in hazardous environments, providing an extra layer of protection and instilling a sense of security in the comprehensive remote temperature monitoring solution (ATEX). The Optris CTi LTex series pyrometers feature the same sensing heads as the CTi LTex series with the same characteristics. The infrared sensing heads with an optical resolution of up to 22:1 and a spectral bandwidth of 8-14μm, are ideal for high-emissivity targets and support a wide temperature range from -58 to 1787°F (-50 to 975°C).
