Stainless-steel probe is 12" (30cm) in length, 3/16" (0.5cm) in diameter and is mounted on a 1" (2.5cm) handle with spring-type strain relief. The 6-' (1.8m) 19-AWG cable meets ANSI specifications, complete with isolated thermocouple color-coded yellow for type K thermocouples.
