The kilovolt-megohm paper is graph paper for recording the results of insulation tests performed by a Megger DC 5kV or 15kV dielectric test (sold separately). The graph paper comes in a package of 100 sheets and has kV and megohms on the axes. The 220000 is used with a Megger DC dielectric test set.
