The BLOCK MOTION is an affordable, all-in-one solution for monitoring motion (intrusion), temperature, humidity, mold growth, and flooding.

It features a passive Infra-Red (PIR) motion detection sensor that triggers phone calls, text messages, and emails to unlimited recipients if human or animal movement is detected within a 4-meter (15 ft) range. The infrared sensor minimizes false alarms by filtering out non-human or non-animal movements, such as heat sources, and operates on 4xAA batteries for up to 2 years. In addition, BLOCK MOTION's advanced alarm function monitors temperature and humidity, sending automated alerts when values exceed or fall below adjustable thresholds for two parameters, plus digital inputs. Alarms can be triggered instantly or after sustained out-of-range values. It also detects trend changes, sending email alerts when significant increases or decreases occur over time.

A key feature is the "Mold Growth" prediction alarm, which continuously monitors temperature and humidity, calculating a "Mold Index" (from 0 to 100) to forecast mold growth. Users can set alarms at any index level to prevent mold before it becomes visible.

BLOCK MOTION offers data sharing for unlimited team members and is paired with a free cloud-based application for robust data analysis. It generates detailed reports, records, graphs, and min-max-average readings for temperature and humidity, while tracking the duration of out-of-range conditions. Recording intervals are adjustable from 1 minute to 30 minutes (customizable down to 2 seconds), allowing for flexible data collection.

With remote access to securely stored cloud data, users can access records from any device, ensuring flexibility without range limitations.

LoggerFlex prioritizes data safety and security, storing information in a tamper-proof, FDA-compliant format, with daily backups to safeguard data.

The Digital Tracing feature logs all interactions between users, the web application, maintenance teams, and the data logger, ensuring transparency and accountability for audits. Additionally, BLOCK MOTION functions as a powerful WiFi-based flood detector and phone dialer without the need for a landline. It supports a sensitive water leak detection cable (optional) and can send alerts to unlimited recipients for water leaks, or when triggered by external inputs like fire alarms, door magnets, duress buttons, or PLCs.
