Coming with a steel handle with rubber grips and shear-cut blades, the cutter cuts soft and hard steel cable, wire rope, and small ACSR cable. Cuts up to ⅜" wire rope or up to 7/16" ACSR and has a notch that holds the cable in the blade. Also cuts copper and aluminum wire up to 1" in size.
