This Hioki SME-8302 Surface Resistance Electrode is designed to be used with Hioki Super Megohm meter SM-8200 models to measure the surface resistance of curved insulating materials. The electrode can measure resistance up to 10^11 Ω at intervals of 0.39" (10 mm) or greater.
