The Hioki SM7860-67 220 VAC Power Source Unit is helpful for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) leakage current measurements and lets you set a dual-line voltage on 8 or 16 channels. This power source works with Hioki SM7810 units (sold separately) and comes with everything you need to get started.

  • Works with your Hioki SM7810 Super MΩ Meter (sold separately)
  • Allows you to set the dual-line output voltage on 8 or 16 channels and offers up to 32 channels of output
  • Positive and negative polarities required for the MLCC test line included in a single unit
  • Supplies 10 V/discharge output voltage for use in demanding applications
  • Output ON/OFF and current limitation can be performed on each channel
  • Offers support for the discharge of the charge capacitor
  • Features GP-IB, RS-232C and Ext I/O interfaces
