The advanced thermistor series offers improved accuracy and "memory loc" data logging for easy monitoring of temperatures any time of the day or even overnight! The data recorded are transferrable to a computer through a USB flash drive without installing software. The thermometer stores the minimum and maximum temperatures until the memory is cleared.
