Compact and lightweight, the Digi-Sense 08117-87 PFA-Coated RTD Probe is ideal for measuring temperatures around the lab. It features a PFA coating to ensure maximum resistance to chemicals, impacts and temperature.

Features

  • Compact probe designed for accurate, easy temperature monitoring
  • PFA-coated, 316 stainless-steel sheath offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance
  • Handle is made from lightweight, durable ABS plastic
  • Time constant: 1 to 3 seconds or greater
  • Alpha coefficient is 0.003850 Ω/Ω/°C (DIN IEC 751)
  • Resistance at ice point (0°C) is 100 Ω
  • Note: Time constant is the time required to reach 63.2% of the new reading; to determine how long it will take to reach 99% of the new reading multiply the time constant by 5
  • Note: Temperature range is for the probe tip only; ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C)
