The Defelsko STDA3 contains:

Plate 2: 125 μm/5 mils
Plate 3: 250 μm/10 mils
Plate 4: 500 μm/20 mils
Coating/Substrate: Epoxy on Aluminum (Non-Ferrous)
Accuracy: +/- 0.43μm/ +/- 0.017 mil
Many organizations require verification of gauge accuracy at the test site each time a coating thickness gauge is put into service and at frequent intervals during use. Ideal for this purpose, DeFelsko certified coating thickness standards have measured values traceable to a National Metrology Institution.
