The unique configuration of the tool enables the use of standard ¼" SAE manifold/hose sets with R-410A systems incorporating ⁵⁄₁₆" (½"-20UNF) service ports. It is designed to remove and install the valve core without losing system charge, and it increases evacuation and charging speed by creating unrestricted access.
