Compact and easy to use, this force gauge is ideal for simple/complex and handheld/test stand applications with a capacity of up to 500 lbf (2500 N). In addition, measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full scale in integral load cell, and the large, easy-to-read, high resolution, full-color LCD supports several standard gauge functions.

Chatillon DFS2-R-1000 Offers

The Chatillon DFS II R Series supplies all of the features of the DFS II in a package that provides the user with flexibility. This digital force gauge is available with a remote SLC load cell that is dedicated to the unit, and offers the ability to test in locations where a fixed and integral load cell is impractical.

  • Wireless data transfer via integral bluetooth® communications
  • Normal and peak operating modes
  • Advanced functions: Load limits, pass/fail, load averaging, load comparison, break detection, contact closure, embedded SPC, analog, digital and Mitutoyo outputs, display and output filtering, overload history
  • Integral load cell: Better than 0.1% FS accuracy, mechanical overload protection to 150% FS
  • Remote load cell simple user interface: Dedicated - better than 0.1% accuracy, Non-dedicated - better than 0.25% accuracy, Torque sensor - better than 0.3% accuracy
  • Selectable display languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese
  • Calibrate and verify status
  • NIST calibration with data
  • 1 year warranty
