This unit is fully compliant with the IEEE400, 400.2, IEC 60502, and CENELEC HD620/621 guides and standards. It weighs only 86 lbs / 39 kg, making it highly portable, and comes housed in a rugged IP67 case for durability. With a high test capacity of 10uF, this instrument can test a wide range of loads and cables. The unit features a large 4.3" color display, automatic TD evaluation, and both manual and automatic test functionality, making field testing much easier. It is specifically designed for diagnostic testing of up to 35kV rated cables and full acceptance testing of cables rated 25kV and lower, covering a majority of the MV cables currently in use. Each instrument is shipped with a NIST calibration certificate, TD Control Center software, corona protection shields, a Bluetooth dongle, and an accessories tote.
