VMI VIBER X3 Offers

Features

  • Real-time measurement of total vibration level and the bearing condition (BC), shown simultaneously
  • Largest amplitude peak frequency in CPM or Hz in main screen display
  • Fault analysis screen displaying the five highest peaks with amplitude and frequency one by one
  • Headphone set with volume control and high pass filter for bearing noise detection
  • Listening to a machine sounds (through the provided headphones) makes it possible for the user to listen to the machine while at the same time seeing the vibrations in the instrument display
  • Measurement units and measurement presentation may be selected from the following:
    • g (RMS, Peak or Peak-Peak)
    • mm/sec (RMS, Peak or Peak-Peak)
    • µm (RMS Peak or Peak-Peak)
    • inch/sec (RMS, Peak or Peak-Peak)
    • mils (RMS, Peak or Peak-Peak)
  • Large dynamic vibration range up to 1.76 oz (50 g)
  • Bearing Condition measurements in a wide frequency range (0.5 to 30 kHz)
  • Built-in infrared temperature sensor, select between °C or °F
  • Display with backlight; bar indicator shows measurement stability
  • Clear vibration, temperature and danger alarms by red and yellow colour LED's
  • Dust and waterproof, for rough use (IP 65)
