The Traceable 4241 Extreme-Accuracy Thermometer has a stainless steel probe that constantly monitors conditions for you. In the event the temperature goes above or below your set range, alarms will activate and you'll know right away. Even if an alarm is triggered when you're out of the lab, you can look back later on the exact date and time it happened. This probe can measure liquid, air/gas and semisolids, making it ideal for a range of applications.
