The RIDGID 97897 is an electric motor-driven machine that centers and chucks pipe, conduit and bolt stock, and rotates it while cutting, reaming and threading operations are performed. Threading dies are mounted in a variety of available die heads (Model 811A included). An integral oiling system is provided to flood the work with thread cutting oil during the threading operation. With proper optional equipment, the Model 535T Threading Machine can be used to thread larger pipe, short or close nipples, or be used for roll grooving. The 220V three-phase machine can be operated at 16, 46, or 58 RPM.
This state-of-the-art Threading Machine maintains the ruggedness of the industry workhorse while adding the features that make the threading operation more productive. A large chip tray and oil reservoir make the Model 535T ideal for longer uninterrupted threading.
