It can perform measurements of Insulation Power Factor (cos ᵠ), Dissipation Factor (tan δ), Capacitance, Inductance, Excitation current, Quality Factor, and Power Loss (watts). The measurements can be made up to 12 k V AC at a variable frequency from 10 to 400 Hz.
