Built for on/off media control, this pilot-operated diaphragm valve is a 2-way, normally-closed unit with a 3/4" port and a 9 Cv flow coefficient. Its 316L SS body with PTFE seats is rated to 290 psi (20 bar) and operates to 180°C (356°F). Driven by 25 psi to 150 psi (1.7 bar to 10.3 bar) pilot pressure, it works great for liquid and gas service.

The AAV-1100 Series of air-operated stainless steel angle seat valves are ideal for use in a wide range of industrial applications. The unique construction permits the use of these valves with a wide range of fluids including steam, select liquids and gases, and vacuum.
The valve stem has a self-aligning gland which together with the floating seal assures maximum integrity. The PTFE seal material is used as standard for maximum fluid compatibility.
