It utilizes a foot-operated pump and lowering pedals for hands-free positioning of a universal saddle that tilts 45 degrees forward, 24 degrees back, and ±22 degrees side-to-side. The 38 by 38" (96.5 cm) base includes four 3-7/8" (98.4 mm) swivel ball bearing caster wheels to assist with maneuvering and stability during transport.
