The Kane 458S Flue Gas Analyser is an ergonomically designed FGA with direct carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) measurement, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide sensor protection, and an integrated wireless module. In addition to measuring the aforementioned gases (model dependent), the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers is abe to determine differential temperatures and can calculate oxygen (O2), CO: CO2 ratio, excess air and combustion efficiency. Moreover, the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers include a structured commissioning test (for certifying new boilers according to Technical Bulletin 143) and are equipped with a high-accuracy differential pressure meter (+/- 80mbar).
The Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers also feature a Log and Print function that facilitates wireless printing of pressure, let-by and tightness, combustion, temperature, CO build-up, and commission test reports. Reports with the user's details can be sent to print wirelessly using an OPTIONAL Kane IRP-2 Infrared Printer. The inclusion of a wireless module also facilitates communication between the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers and Kane's Gas Checker and Kane Live apps.
In addition to Log and Print functions, the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers include a Data Hold function which will freeze the readings on the six-line display. All the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers' measurement functions and parameters are easily accessible using a rotary dial. Finally, the Kane 458S Flue Gas Analysers are Hydrogen (H2) ready (up to 20%) and are compatible with the following fuel types: natural gas, butane, LPG, light oil, wood pellets and propane.
