The HI510 is a versatile process controller, configurable for a wide range of monitoring and control applications. Its digital probe input automatically detects and updates the measured parameter.
his controller supports up to 5 control relays and 4 analog outputs. Relays can be programmed for on/off, proportional, or PID control, or to run cleaning sequences triggered by digital input or schedule. Scalable analog outputs interface with remote devices such as chart recorders, PLCs, or SCADA, and can drive control equipment like dosing pumps and valves with 0/4–20 mA input.
The HI510 includes an RS485 digital output, supporting up to 32 devices on a single line for remote viewing and programming with HI92500 software. The software’s graphical interface allows settings to be adjusted, saved, and transferred to another HI510 controller.
