The Digi-Sense 08505-93 Type-T Hypodermic Probe with Mini Connector is optimized for testing the temperature of food. The thin hypodermic tip can easily penetrate soft and semisoft substances. It comes with a color-coded ANSI mini connector and a stainless-steel handle.
