Monitor temperature with extreme accuracy using this Digi-Sense 08491-10 Stainless-Steel Surface Thermistor. It's designed with an electronically isolated probe and is epoxy coated, allowing for safe liquid immersion.

  • Senses temperature with excellent accuracy
  • Made with an electronically isolated probe and phono plug
  • 316 stainless-steel disk sheath and stainless-steel handle
  • Probe is epoxy coated for liquid immersion
  • Time constant is 1 to 4 seconds or greater (time required to reach 63.2% of the new reading)
  • Sheath diameter is 0.125" (0.32 cm)
  • Note: Temperature range is for the probe tip only; stainless-steel handles are rated 450°F (232°C)
