BinMaster BMRX-200.X1XAA Offers

The BinMaster BMRX-200 rotary level indicator detects high and low levels of bulk solids stored in bins and silos to prevent overfills, dry runs, or process shutdowns. Ideal for point-level detection of powders, pellets, and granular materials with a bulk density of 2 to over 100 lbs (0.9 to 45 kg) per cubic foot, in ordinary storage and processing conditions. The rotary turns a paddle continuously until it is stopped by material, then closes a relay to indicate a change in status.

An onboard PCB allows a DPDT relay to be added to this rotary level indicator in order to set up two switching outputs, controlling two separate circuits or a separate location for each circuit. These relay outputs are designed to be “fail-safe” in case of power failure, defaulting to the output deemed “safe” for a high-level or low-level indicator application.The power pack features a screw-off cover, 3/4" (1.91 cm) NPT dual conduit entries, and an FDA-recognized powder coat finish.

The enclosure rotates 270° once the threads bottom out, allowing you to position the unit with the conduit entry facing down, creating a drip loop to prevent moisture ingress. BinMaster coupling mounting plates allow the rotary to be top or side mounted, tailored to specific point level detection needs, whether vertical, horizontal or angled installations. With a wide selection of paddles, the BMRX-200 rotary adapts to light, medium, and heavy weight bulk material.
